In a nutshell.... I spent 14 years as a Personal Trainer — and I LOVED IT.

Fast forward, wear and tear from a lifetime of sport suddenly stopped me in my tracks.

2 rigid ankle fusions with limited movement for life, broke me.

My successful fitness business stopped almost overnight and I was left with a desire for business and no business to run.

I needed a new approach, a new direction, something to fulfil my desire for helping people achieve their best with strength and confidence. Then I got it, and I pivoted to my second passion of skincare and beauty.

Why ... Because the skincare routine I had in my 20s wasn't cutting it anymore in my late 40s.

I became a frustrated consumer.

Products on the shelves were mass produced, diluted down with water and core ingredients so minimal you were never going to see change.

I couldn't find what I needed so I created it.

Mrs Q Skincare was born. I applied the same philosophy that built my fitness career to skincare and beauty instead.

Creating my own formula, backed by science, within a week my skin started to glow.
